Information we collect

• Business customer information — name, business name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during onboarding.
• End-customer information — when a business uses its cockpit, we process the contact details and messages of that business's customers (such as names, phone numbers, quotes, appointments, and invoices) on the business's behalf.
• Service data — logs and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the cockpit service (quoting, scheduling, reminders, invoicing, review requests, and related messaging).
• To send text messages and emails that a business owner has reviewed and approved.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text-messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver messages through our SMS service providers or as required by law.

• Opt-in: You receive texts only if you provided your phone number to a business we serve (for example, when requesting a quote or booking a service) and consented to receive messages about that service.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
• Message frequency varies by your interaction with the business (quotes, reminders, follow-ups). Message and data rates may apply.
• Messaging honors quiet hours and opt-out requests by design.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the service (such as hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and payment processing), with the business you are a customer of, or as required by law. Service providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
