Terms of Service

The service

RutRoh provides hosted back-office software ("cockpits") for small service businesses, including quoting, scheduling, appointment reminders, invoicing, payment follow-up, review requests, and customer messaging. By using the service or interacting with a business that uses it, you agree to these terms.

SMS / text-messaging program terms

• Program description: RutRoh sends service-related text messages on behalf of the small businesses we serve — for example quote deliveries and follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, payment links, and review requests.
• Opt-in: You receive messages only if you provided your phone number to a participating business and consented to receive messages about that service.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to message people who have not consented, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RutRoh's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
